Our Normal Process is 3-5 work days for an “In Stock” award. See Our ”24 to 48 Hour Rush! Gallery For Items Available For With Faster Servicec. Larger orders will require more production time. Rush Service for less than 5 days may be available but subject to a rush charge, available stock and production workload. Please call us to confirm your quantities and your due date requirements for your order.
The End Of School Year Awards!
End Of The School Year Is One Of the Busiest Times Of The Year. We Take Orders As They Come. We Encourage You To Submit Your Order As Soon As Possible. We Do Not Need To Have Your Engraving Details Yet. The Important Thing Is To Get Your Order In As Soon As Possible So We Can “Schedule & Lock In” The Production Time And Due Date For Your Order. We Understand You Will Not Have Exact Numbers Or Details Yet But, We Will Make Allowances For This. Again, The Important Thing Is To “Schedule & Lock In” The Production Time And Your Due Date.

We Accept All Major Credit Cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex And PAY PAL . We Also Accept Company And Personal Checks. Purchase Orders Are Accepted For All Federal, State Any local Government entities As Well As All School Districts. Please Note: We Cannot Release Any Merchandise Without The Required P.O. Number As Per School Districts Instructions.

Free! 75 Letters On “Engraved” Plaques And Acrylics Plus, .15 Cents Per Extra Letters – “Engraved Logos Are $5.00 Ea . Free 100 Letters On “Sublimation” Type Plaque Engraving Plus, .06 Cent Per Extra Letters – “Sublimated” Logos Are $2.00 Ea. Free Sublimation Engraving On Trophies – 30 Characters Per Line – 3 Lines Max – Extra Letters On Trophies @ .06 Cents Per Letter. We Allow Event, Catagory & Place Changes Etc. Add .50 Cents For Individual Names.
How Can I Place An Order?
Once You Have Made Your Selection, You Can Fax Or Email Us Your Order. Do Not Forget To Send Us The Engraving Information Also. We Will Call You To Confirm The Order As To Item(s) Selected, Availability, Order Total And Your In Hand Date.
Do We Substitute Materials Or Items On Your Order?
Only In An Emergency When There Is A Problem With Your Order And We Cannot Get A Hold Of You And There Is A Presentation Due. We Will “NOT” Not Do Your Order. It Is Our Policy When We Do This To Substitute “The Same Quality Or Better” Materials Or Like Items To Enable You To Meet Your Presentation. An Adjustment Will Be Made Accordingly or You Can Return The Items And Replace Them With The Original Items That You Selected. – We Are Very Human Especially During The End Of School Year RUSH! But, We Will Not Leave You Holding The Bag! If We Can Help It.

Can I Add A Logo To My Award?
Yes, It Must Be In Black & White Vector Line Art or eps. ,ai, pdf, cdr., or tiff. formats – Not jpeg, gif. or bmp. Email Your logo to: trophies2@aol.com
Can I Get A Fax Proof?
Yes, However There Is A $10.00 Charge For Orders Under $50.00. No Charge For Orders Over $50.00. We Allow 1 Proof Revision. $10.00 For Additonal Revisions. Please Note: Some Of Our Engraving Equipment Does Not Allow For Proofs And You Must Allow 5 Work Days For Your Order When A Proof Is Requested. There No Proofs Available For 24 to 48 Hour Rush Orders!
